When it came time for FDH Velocitel to move to a new warehouse office in East Norriton, Pennsylvania, NBF Account Executive Kevin Emery was happy to help the team design their new workspace. With a blank canvas to work with and a strict budget to stick to, Emery successfully achieved a sleek look on a dime in this small space.
An Office Built for Four
With four employees to accommodate and approximately 1000 square feet of office space to work with, the employees at FDH Velocitel needed to maximize the room they had by incorporating no more and no less than what was needed. The solution came in the form of the NBF Signature Series At Work collection of office furniture. Four At Work L-desks were situated in a rectangular configuration to support the collaborative efforts of the four employees working in the space. Each desk was also outfitted with two At Work mobile pedestals and an NBF Signature Series Perspective mesh back chair for ergonomic support and space-saving style. Multiple At Work storage cabinets and hutches were also added to the space to provide room for office supplies while tying in a well-coordinated look. Finally, the At Work round conference table and four Perspective mesh back guest chairs were added to the small conference room to create a space where the four could gather and meet privately.

When it came to the look of their new workspace, the employees at FDH Velocitel wanted something sleek and sophisticated with a clean look that wouldn’t make the small space appear too cluttered. The clean lines and rich espresso finish on the At Work desks and storage units made achieving a modern look easy. The new office gives off a sleek appearance with no unnecessary frills or superfluous details. This understated style provides just the right amount of work area without taking up too much visual space, keeping the room looking open and bright.
High End Style at Low End Prices
While a sleek, modern appearance was important, sticking to the budget was even more so. Fortunately for this warehouse team, Emery was able to meet the budget constraints without having to sacrifice any of the features they wanted.
