Do you accept credit cards?

National Business Furniture accepts the following credit cards:

How do I qualify for open credit?

Simply place an order at our web site, call or fax an order to us. Credit is established when your first order is placed if you have a satisfactory rating with Dun and Bradstreet.

What are the rules for using promo codes?

Promotions and discounts are valid on select full-price items only. Promotions and discounts cannot be applied to sale items, clearance items, previous purchases, gift cards, taxes, shipping or processing charges or combined with any other coupons or discounts.

Are volume discounts available?

Merchandise orders over $5,000 are eligible for a volume discount. Additional discounts are available on government orders. See our government discount chart here. Discounts are also available on delivery charges. Volume discounts cannot be combined with other merchandise discounts and orders that use a promotion code are not eligible for volume discounts. Is sales tax collected in my state?

We collect sales tax on orders shipping to Arizona, California, Colorado, Washington D.C., Florida, Georgia, Illinois, Kansas, Kentucky, Louisiana, Maryland, Massachusetts, Michigan, Minnesota, Missouri, New Jersey, Nevada, New York, North Carolina, Ohio, Pennsylvania, Rhode Island, Tennessee, Texas, Vermont, Virginia, Washington, Wisconsin.

Based on the Interstate Commerce Clause, we do not collect sales and use tax in states where we don’t have a physical presence. But in some cases the tax may still be due. Please consult your state tax agency to determine whether the tax is due and where to remit the tax.

PayPal Payment Options

We’ve partnered with PayPal to provide extended financing options for larger purchases, making it easy to spread out the cost of furniture purchases. PayPal is one of the most trusted names in online payments and financing, and we’re proud to offer 2 new Buy Now, Pay Later options—Pay in 4 and PayPal Credit.

Pay in 4

Available for purchases from $30 to $1,500. Purchases are split into 4 payments, which are then made over the course of 6 weeks following the date of purchase. The down payment will be made on the day of purchase, and the 3 following payments will be charged in 15-day increments after that. Pay in 4 doesn’t charge interest, so there’s no additional cost to this financing method if payments are made on time. In the case of late payments, a late fee will be charged. PayPal Credit

PayPal Credit offers 6 months of no-interest financing on purchases over $99. PayPal Credit is an open-ended, revolving line of credit.
