15-Year Warranty
National Business Furniture is proud to back our products with a best-in-class warranty of 15 years from the date of purchase, which covers defects in materials or workmanship. If you have an eligible warranty claim, our experts will work with you to repair the item, send a replacement part, or replace it with the same product or one of similar value, if necessary. Items with electrical components are covered for 5 years from the date of purchase. To make a claim, please contact us at service@nbf.com or call us at 800-558-1010 and provide proof of purchase.
This warranty is valid only if the product has been used in accordance with the instructions provided and applies to the original purchaser (business or individual) only.
This warranty does not cover:
- Damages resulting from misuse, abuse or neglect
- Damages due to lightning or power surges
- Normal wear and tear, including scratches, dents and fading
- Product modifications or repairs performed by unauthorized personnel
- Improper installation of component-based products by unauthorized personnel or personnel not certified by National Business Furniture
- Items on clearance or discontinued at the time of purchase
Return Policy
Unless otherwise noted in the item description, you may return your purchase for a refund minus the round trip shipping charges within 30-days of receiving your item. Orders over $2000, which require more handling, will be subject to an additional re-stocking fee that will not exceed 25% of the order. The shipping charges will be deducted from your refund if you paid in advance or you will receive a revised invoice for shipping charges once the items are returned to us.
Return Eligibility
- Items must be in new/unused condition and in their original packaging in order to be returned
- Items which are custom/made to order cannot be returned
- Returns on clearance or close-out items and items marked as “non-returnable” will not be accepted
How do I return my item?
Cancellations or returns must be authorized in advance. Please call 800-558-1010 within 30-days of receiving your order and a Customer Service representative will assess the situation and if need be, issue a return authorization. Charges may apply on returns.
